The Early Years Foundation Stage (FS1–FS2) is a crucial stage in a child’s development, laying the foundations for future learning. During these years, children learn most effectively through play and positive interactions that nurture their curiosity.

Key Stage 1 (Years 1–2) is a crucial stage where children develop the foundations of reading, writing, phonics, SPaG, and maths while also developing important skills such as problem-solving, communication, creativity, and independence.

Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6) is an important stage where children build on their core skills while developing greater independence, resilience, and critical thinking. During these years, pupils are encouraged to be reflective learners in preparation for secondary school.
